30-Day Returns

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll sort it out. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

Just send us a photo of the issue to support@virelleandco.com and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

Change of Mind

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the item, we'll refund your order within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellations

Cancel within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After that, your order may already be on its way.
